Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Punjab’s legislator and spokesperson, Kuldeep Dhaliwal, praised the Special Delhi Court’s ruling that acquitted the party’s national convenor Arvind Kejriwal and former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia in the liquor scam case. Dhaliwal emphasized that the court’s decision exposed the alleged political conspiracy orchestrated by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to undermine the Aam Aadmi Party. He criticized the BJP, Congress, and Akali Dal for engaging in a sustained campaign to tarnish the reputation of their leaders and dismantle the party.

Dhaliwal accused the opposition parties of fabricating a web of falsehoods that has now crumbled. He highlighted that despite the BJP’s efforts to incarcerate their senior leadership using central agencies, justice has prevailed. Dhaliwal condemned the BJP-led Central government for its alleged authoritarian tactics and commended Kejriwal and the party for standing up against oppression.

The AAP spokesperson asserted that the BJP’s schemes aimed to obstruct their progress, but the recent court ruling has exposed their motives. Dhaliwal extended congratulations to AAP workers nationwide, declaring the verdict as a triumph for democracy and the judiciary. Expressing pride in Kejriwal’s vindication in the Delhi excise policy case, he lauded the AAP leader’s integrity and fearlessness, affirming his allegiance to the party.
