Actor Aftab Shivdasani took a nostalgic trip back to the time he worked on ‘Mr India’ with choreographer and filmmaker Ahmed Khan. Recently, Ahmed directed Aftab in the upcoming comedy film, “Welcome To The Jungle.”
In a social media post, Aftab expressed his joy working on the latest installment of the ‘Welcome’ franchise. He described the experience as an amazing joyride, akin to a school picnic with old and new friends. Aftab appreciated the stellar cast and the learning experiences each day brought on set.
Sharing a throwback photo from their ‘Mr India’ days, Aftab and Ahmed recreated a childhood memory as orphan kids living with Anil Kapoor’s character in the movie. Aftab highlighted the bond by comparing a photo from 1987 to a recent one where they were actor-director duo on set.
Praising the team of ‘Welcome To The Jungle,’ Aftab thanked everyone involved for their support and leadership. He commended the extraordinary star cast for making each shoot day memorable, expressing gratitude for their contributions.
