The team behind director Dijo Jose Antony’s upcoming Malayalam action film, ‘Pallichattambi’, has unveiled that Eldho Mathew will portray Rathnakaran in the movie, much to the excitement of fans. The first look poster of Eldho Mathew in character was shared on the film’s official Instagram account, announcing the worldwide release on April 10, 2026.
Previously, it was announced that Midhun Venugopal plays the character Davi in the film, sparking anticipation among fans and movie enthusiasts following the recent teaser release. The teaser hints at a storyline set post-independence, focusing on a man challenging tyranny amidst prevalent supernatural beliefs.
Director Dijo Jose Antony recently wrapped up filming, commemorating the journey from the initial shot in Thodupuzha to the final scenes across states. The film stars Tovino Thomas and Kayadu Lohar, known for her role in ‘Dragon’, in lead roles, promising a unique portrayal of Tovino Thomas in a 1950s–60s setting.
