Actor Vidyut Jammwal recently shared a video on social media demonstrating the yogic practice of Sahaja. In the video, he is depicted climbing a tree without any clothes on. Vidyut explained that Sahaja involves returning to a state of natural ease and instinct, fostering a deeper connection to nature and inner awareness.

Vidyut elaborated that this practice activates numerous neuroreceptors and proprioceptors, enhancing sensory feedback and improving balance and coordination. He emphasized that it leads to greater body awareness, heightened mental focus, and a profound sense of grounding. Known for his disciplined fitness routines, Vidyut showcased his dedication to the ancient martial art of Kalari Payattu in a previous social media post.

Through a combination of rigorous training, yoga, and challenging exercises, Vidyut paid tribute to the traditional practices of Kalari Payattu. He highlighted the strength, focus, and warrior spirit instilled by these practices. Vidyut’s upcoming project, “Street Fighter,” features a star-studded cast including Noah Centineo, Andrew Koji, Callina Liang, Roman Reigns, and others.

The teaser for the live-action film was revealed at the 2025 Game Awards, where the cast introduced the first look. The movie, directed by Kitao Sakurai, follows the story of Street Fighters Ryu and Ken Masters as they face off in the World Warrior Tournament. Set to hit theaters on October 16, 2026, the film promises a brutal clash of fists, fate, and fury.
