Pooja Tolani’s short film ‘Razaa’ won the Best Debut Director Award at India’s premier documentary and short film festival, as well as the Best First Time Director in Greece. Tolani highlighted the film’s exploration of women’s agency and the importance of female solidarity. The majority-women team behind the film added to the sisterhood experience during its making.
