Actress Manjari Fadnnis is devastated after a community dog named Mikey, whom she and others had cared for over seven years, was reportedly beaten to death. Mikey, a long-haired dog abandoned by his family, went missing, leading to a frantic search by residents who put up posters and questioned staff to find him.
In a tearful video shared on social media, Manjari described the tragic incident where Mikey was allegedly attacked while sleeping near a basement area. The dog was struck on the head, dragged to a staircase, and beaten until he bled, before being dumped in a creek behind the building.
Expressing her sorrow, Manjari raised concerns about the safety of community animals and called for justice. She highlighted the need to protect harmless dogs like Mikey, who were loved and cared for by the community. Manjari, known for her love for animals, appealed for action against such cruelty.
