Actress Pavitra Punia is set to debut as Rajni Singh in the upcoming web series “Prayagraj Ki Love Story.” During filming, she immersed herself in the city of Prayagraj, embracing its culture and local life. Pavitra Punia shared that the show was shot at authentic Prayagraj locations, and she cherished exploring the city’s streets and indulging in its famous chat shops.
She expressed her fondness for the project, mentioning it as her second collaboration with Hungama OTT. Pavitra Punia highlighted the joy of shooting in Prayagraj and the delightful experiences of exploring the city post-shoot, including savoring popular chaat and enjoying kulhad chai. Additionally, she visited the Sangam of the Ganga, creating special memories during the filming process.
Despite the positive moments, Pavitra Punia and the team encountered the distressing Prayagraj floods. She recounted witnessing houses and animals affected by the flood, leading to disruptions in filming near the river temples. The series revolves around Anshul Singh and Sonia Shukla, a couple whose romantic escapade takes a perilous turn as they confront a deceitful gang. The betrayed duo embarks on a harrowing journey through forests, alleyways, and marketplaces.
“Prayagraj Ki Love Story” is scheduled to premiere on Hungama OTT on January 8th.
