Actress Rasika Dugal shared insights on her social media journey, highlighting unexpected lessons learned. Celebrating Social Media Day, she expressed how these experiences have influenced her perspective, despite not actively seeking them. Through Instagram, the ‘Hamid’ actress posted videos, stating, “Social media has taught me many things. I didn’t ask for all of them, but here we are. #SocialMediaDay.”
Social Media Day, observed annually on June 30, recognizes the impact of digital platforms on society. Rasika, known for her role in “Kartavya” alongside Saif Ali Khan, is set to appear in “Mirzapur – The Movie,” scheduled for release on September 4. The film is part of the Mirzapur franchise, focusing on the character Akhandanand “Kaleen” Tripathi, a prominent crime figure in Uttar Pradesh’s Mirzapur district.
In the upcoming movie adaptation, new faces like Jitendra Kumar, Sonal Chauhan, and Ravi Kishan will join the cast, alongside returning actors. Rasika, who previously starred in the black comedy “Lord Curzon Ki Haveli,” has been part of the second season of Mirzapur, which saw the return of most original cast members and the addition of new talents.
