Actress Samantha’s film ‘Maa Inti Bangaram’ has achieved a milestone by grossing Rs 100 crores globally, making it the first female-led Telugu movie to reach this mark. The production house, Tralala Moving Pictures, shared the news on Instagram, hailing the film as a blockbuster. Released on June 19, the action-packed entertainer stars Samantha Ruth Prabhu and is directed by Nandini Reddy.
Samantha revealed that she endured real blows and even bled while filming the intense action sequences, emphasizing the film’s realistic approach without typical cinematic exaggerations like slow-motion shots or flying sequences. The movie, ‘Maa Inti Bangaram,’ is a family action comedy drama crafted by Raj Nidimoru and directed by Nandini Reddy, featuring actors Diganth, Gulshan Devaiah, and others in significant roles.
In a statement earlier this year, Samantha described ‘Maa Inti Bangaram’ as a tale of a woman whose strength stems from both vulnerability and courage, expressing her satisfaction in portraying this character and producing the film.
