Actress Sanchita Shetty recently shared insights from her pilgrimage to Gomukh, the sacred birthplace of the river Ganga. Reflecting on her trek, she emphasized that the Himalayas do not test one’s strength but rather dissolve ego. Shetty expressed gratitude for the transformative experience, highlighting the spiritual essence of the journey.

From walking 14 km from Gangotri to Bhojbasa Ashram to covering another 12 km to Gomukh, Shetty described the profound connection with nature under the vast Himalayan sky. Despite facing challenges like snow, landslides, and rain during the trek, she found inner strength and resilience. Shetty emphasized the importance of acclimatization and maintaining an open heart and unwavering mind during such expeditions.

Sharing her profound realization at the source of Maa Ganga, Shetty acknowledged the flow of life and the significance of surrendering to the journey. She concluded by expressing deep gratitude for the spiritual experience, emphasizing the return to oneself through the pilgrimage to Gomukh.
