Actress Sharvari has found a unique way to show her affection for the song “Maskara” from her upcoming movie “Main Vaapas Aaunga” by playing it on the piano. In a reel video, she is seen dressed in all black, skillfully performing Vedang Raina’s part on the piano.
Sharvari expressed her fondness for the song in a caption accompanying the video, mentioning how she is continuously discovering new ways to cherish this particular segment of “Maskara.” The track features vocals by Vedang and Nilanjana Ghosh.
The movie “Main Vaapas Aaunga” is set in Imtiaz Ali’s romantic world, depicting the tale of two lovers in pre-Partition Punjab. Starring Diljit Dosanjh, Naseeruddin Shah, Sharvari, and Vedang, the film showcases the architectural beauty of Punjab’s ruins. Produced by Applause Entertainment and Mohit Choudhary and Shibasish Sarkar of Window Seat Films, the movie is scheduled to hit theaters on June 12, 2026.
Talking about Sharvari’s journey, she commenced as an assistant director for Luv Ranjan and Sanjay Leela Bhansali in 2015 before stepping into acting with the war drama series “The Forgotten Army – Azaadi Ke Liye” in 2020. She later appeared in “Bunty Aur Babli 2” in 2021 and the comedy horror film “Munjya” in 2024.
