2026 appears to be a year for revisiting old memories and embracing nostalgia. Actress Shruti Haasan recently visited the street where her college is located. Although she didn’t enter the college itself, she fondly explored the familiar surroundings.

In a video shared on her official Instagram account, Shruti expressed her joy at being back in the lane where she used to walk daily during her college days. She also reminisced about the spot where she and her friends would gather for post-college snacks.

Despite her excitement to relive the experience of enjoying a mutton roll, Shruti was disappointed to find out that the eatery no longer served them. Reflecting on the change, she philosophically remarked, “What happened to the roll? Things change in life.”

Sharing more anecdotes from her college days, Shruti recalled a humorous incident when she was reprimanded by the Principal for coloring her hair pink. She also discovered her passion for singing during her college years. After a day filled with nostalgic moments, Shruti admitted to feeling deeply sentimental.

She noted that despite the passage of time, the place remained unchanged, evoking a strong sense of nostalgia. Captioning her post as “A Trip down memory lane,” Shruti encapsulated the essence of her emotional journey. In terms of her upcoming projects, Shruti is set to appear in “Salaar Part 2: Shouryanga Parvam.”

The original installment, “Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire,” featuring Prabhas in the lead role, garnered immense success at the box office. With high expectations for the sequel, directed by Prashanth Neel, the anticipation among fans is palpable.
