Adamas Howrah Warriors made history by winning the Women’s Bengal T20 League 2026 title, defeating Murshidabad Kueens at Eden Gardens in Kolkata. The Warriors, with a strong all-round performance, successfully chased down a target of 96 runs to secure their first-ever championship. Murshidabad Kueens, opting to bat first, struggled against the Warriors’ consistent bowling attack and were limited to 95/9 in their 20 overs.
Chasing the target, Adamas Howrah Warriors maintained a steady approach throughout the innings, securing victory with six wickets in hand. Despite Murshidabad Kueens taking four wickets, the low target did not pose a significant challenge to the Warriors. Priyanka Prasad led the chase for the Warriors, scoring 29 runs off 34 deliveries, guiding her team to victory in 18.5 overs.
With this win, Adamas Howrah Warriors claimed their first Women’s Bengal T20 League title, earning a prize of ₹30 lakh. The runners-up, Murshidabad Kueens, received ₹20 lakh for their commendable performance in the tournament.
