Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly being integrated into workplaces, surpassing the pace of employee training, as per a recent study. The research, conducted by Genius HRTech and Digipoll, surveyed 1,704 professionals across various sectors in November 2025. A significant 71% of respondents anticipate substantial changes in their job roles within the next two to three years due to the increasing prevalence of AI tools and workflows.
The study underscores a significant disparity between the swift adoption of AI and the inadequate training provided by organizations. A notable 61% of participants mentioned that their companies have not furnished them with sufficient guidance on leveraging AI effectively. Merely 37% reported receiving adequate training, shaping employees’ perceptions of AI integration in their workplaces.
Despite the concerns raised, AI utilization is widespread, with approximately 67% of professionals already utilizing AI tools to streamline or automate their daily tasks. This trend indicates the rapid assimilation of AI technology into routine work processes. However, experiences with AI have varied, with 69% acknowledging that AI has simplified their work procedures, while 25% have encountered increased complexities.
Furthermore, trust in AI-generated insights remains a significant issue, with only 49% of professionals expressing full confidence in such insights without manual verification. Around 36% admitted to having no trust in AI-generated insights, while 15% indicated that their trust level varies based on the task at hand, according to the report.
