At least three Federal Constabulary (FC) men lost their lives in an attack on an ambulance carrying injured personnel in the Badrakhail area of Karak, Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The injured personnel were being taken to a hospital after a quadcopter attack on an FC post in the Dargah Shaheedan area earlier that morning. The District Police Officer (DPO) confirmed the incident to Pakistan’s Geo News network.
The attack resulted in five FC men being injured during the quadcopter assault, with two rescue personnel also sustaining injuries in the ambulance attack. Following the assault, the police initiated a search and clearance operation in the area to apprehend the attackers. Investigations into the incident are currently ongoing, as reported by Geo News.
