The ‘Ganesh Real Estate Management Institute’ introduced by Shah will enhance professionalism and modernization in the real estate sector. This institute will provide training in urban planning and technology-based courses to meet global standards. Shah emphasized Gujarat’s contribution to technology, industry, and infrastructure development, aiming to boost the state’s global economic standing. The tech city project near Vaishnodevi Circle is expected to generate over 70,000 high-skilled jobs, further propelling Gujarat’s growth.
