Union Home Minister Amit Shah announced in Kolkata that the BJP’s priority, if it secures power in West Bengal post the upcoming Assembly elections, will be to eliminate infiltrators from the state. He emphasized the need to address the issue of illegal infiltration, terming it a national concern.
Shah further lambasted the ruling Trinamool Congress for various corruption scandals, including chit fund scams and cattle smuggling.
