After meeting his fans, whom he considers his extended family, megastar Amitabh Bachchan expressed being moved to tears by the immense love he continues to receive even after decades in the Hindi film industry.
Amitabh shared glimpses from his fan meet on his blog, featuring a diverse crowd of fans, including toddlers and youngsters, gathered outside his Mumbai home. He reflected in Hindi, translated as, “Today, I met my well-wishers, and my eyes filled with tears. What have I done to still receive so much love and respect from them even after all these years?”
Expressing his emotions, Amitabh mentioned the innocence of the young fans and how their smiles touched his heart. He pondered on the challenges the next generation might face as they grow up and navigate life’s complexities.
The actor also expressed concern about the world being inherited by future generations and the uncertainties they might encounter. He shared his gratitude for the love and support he has received over the years and reflected on the weight of this gratitude.
Amitabh Bachchan also mentioned the recent loss of a close relative and acknowledged the grief associated with the departure. On the professional front, he is currently involved in the sequel to the film “Kalki 2898 AD,” expressing gratitude for the anticipation and support from his fans.
