Megastar Amitabh Bachchan is gearing up to host the 18th edition of the quiz-based reality show “Kaun Banega Crorepati,” with shooting scheduled to commence from August 1. The show will be filmed on a specially designed set at Mumbai’s Film City, featuring the theme “Is Baar… Sochna Padega,” offering a unique twist to the iconic quiz program.
Recently, Sony Entertainment Television revealed a new promo showcasing Amitabh Bachchan on a scenic golf course. Drawing a parallel between golf and life, Bachchan emphasized the importance of thoughtful responses over quick answers, urging contestants to pause, reflect, and then reply.
In a statement, Bachchan highlighted the significance of taking a moment before answering, contrary to the common belief that the first response is always correct. The upcoming season of “Kaun Banega Crorepati” aims to challenge participants to think critically before responding, aligning with the show’s reputation for engaging and intellectual content.
“Kaun Banega Crorepati” is the official Hindi adaptation of the globally renowned Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? franchise. Amitabh Bachchan has been the face of the show since its inception, except for one season when Shah Rukh Khan briefly took over hosting duties.
