Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and Telangana CM Revanth Reddy conveyed their wishes to workers on International Labour Day. Naidu emphasized the importance of honoring all individuals who work hard, especially farmers, for their crucial role in the nation’s progress. He highlighted the government’s efforts to support workers and farmers through various welfare schemes.

Governor of Andhra Pradesh S. Abdul Nazeer also greeted workers on May Day, acknowledging their significant contribution to society’s strength and self-reliance. Telangana Chief Minister echoed similar sentiments, assuring respect and dignity for workers in his government’s policies. He emphasized the role of workers in the state’s development and the implementation of beneficial industrial policies.

CM Revanth Reddy of Telangana outlined the government’s initiatives for worker welfare, including insurance schemes and welfare acts. He mentioned the provision of bonuses and financial assistance to workers, particularly those in the unorganised sector and Gulf countries. The government’s focus on workers’ well-being and empowerment was reiterated, emphasizing the importance of their partnership in the state’s progress.
