Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Chief Engineer Patnala Suresh in a missile strike on a ship near Oman. He pledged full support from the state government to Suresh’s family and initiated efforts to repatriate his remains.
Naidu conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the family of Patnala Suresh, a resident of Visakhapatnam, who tragically lost his life in the unexpected attack while on duty. The Chief Minister assured that all necessary assistance would be provided by the State Government and directed officials to collaborate with the Indian Embassy and Omani authorities for the repatriation process.
Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan also expressed shock at the demise of marine engineer Patnala Suresh in the US forces’ attack. He described the incident, which occurred off the coast of Oman, as distressing and offered prayers for peace to Suresh’s soul and strength to his family during this difficult time.
Minister for Human Resources Development and Information Technology Nara Lokesh conveyed his deep shock and sorrow over the death of marine engineer Patnala Suresh in the attack on an oil tanker near the Strait of Hormuz. He urged the Central Government and Ministry of External Affairs to expedite the repatriation process and provide necessary support to the bereaved family.
