Andhra Pradesh Governor S. Abdul Nazeer and Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu have conveyed their best wishes to the people on the occasion of Telugu New Year Ugadi. The Governor, in his message for the ‘Sri Parabhava nama Samvatsara Ugadi’ festival, extended warm greetings to the residents of Andhra Pradesh and Telugu people worldwide. He expressed hope for a prosperous and bright future for everyone, emphasizing the symbolic significance of ‘Ugadi pachhadi’ as a reminder to embrace life’s diverse experiences.
Governor Nazeer expressed confidence that the Ugadi festival would bring peace, prosperity, harmony, and happiness to all citizens of the state. Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu also extended heartfelt greetings to the Telugu community, wishing for a year filled with blessings, good health, and the fulfillment of aspirations. He highlighted the ‘P4 initiative’ aimed at creating a poverty-free and equitable society and urged active participation in welfare and development programs for the successful realization of the ‘Swarna Andhra Vision 2047’.
Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan joined in extending Ugadi wishes, hoping for joy and happiness in everyone’s lives. Additionally, YSR Congress Party president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy and Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee President Y.S. Sharmila also greeted the people on the auspicious occasion of Ugadi.
