In a thrilling match, Spain secured the championship title by defeating defending champions Argentina 1-0 in extra time, with Ferran Torres emerging as the hero by scoring the decisive goal. This victory marked Spain’s second FIFA World Cup win, the first being in 2010 during the South Africa tournament.
Antonio Banderas, known for his acting career, began his journey in a small theater in Malaga before making his film debut in 1982 with director Pedro Almodovar’s movie, Labyrinth of Passion. His notable works include films like Matador, Law of Desire, and Pain and Glory, showcasing his versatility as an actor.
