Apple has introduced a new worldwide advertising initiative for its AirPods Pro 3, starring Brazilian footballer Vinicius Junior, also known as Vini Jr., in a unique 30-second film called “Dança.” The film showcases Vini Jr. dancing in various noisy settings without revealing the music he is listening to. Instead of music, viewers hear only the ambient sounds from the bustling locations where the footballer is seen, highlighting the noise-cancelling feature of Apple’s latest wireless earbuds.
According to Apple, the campaign aims to showcase the advanced audio performance and Active Noise Cancellation technology of AirPods Pro 3. The company emphasizes that these earbuds offer exceptional sound quality and boast the world’s best in-ear Active Noise Cancellation, capable of eliminating up to four times more background noise than the original AirPods Pro.
Vini Jr., known for incorporating dance into his goal celebrations and performing choreographed routines with teammates, finds the concept of a dance film without music engaging. He mentioned, “It’s so fun to see a dance film for AirPods that doesn’t have music. It really makes you want to know what I’m dancing to. Everyone experiences music differently, and I love that the film leaves space for people to imagine their own soundtrack.”
Apple revealed that the campaign was launched globally on June 11 and will be featured on television, social media, and digital platforms. Apart from the 30-second version, the campaign includes 15-second and 6-second ads, all following the music-free theme. Apple’s AirPods Pro stand out as one of the most popular and feature-rich True Wireless Stereo (TWS) earphones worldwide.
