Army Public School (APS) Narangi celebrated India’s 77th Republic Day with great enthusiasm and patriotism. The day began with the unfurling of the National Flag by the Principal, Dr. Bandana Baruah, followed by the National Anthem. The ceremony instilled a sense of pride, unity, and respect for the Constitution among students, teachers, and staff.
The celebrations included a melodious choir performance focusing on themes of patriotism and national harmony. Students from APS Narangi also participated in the ceremonial march past at the Assam Legislative Assembly Complex, showcasing discipline and reflecting the school’s emphasis on character building and leadership. This participation was a moment of immense pride for the school community.
As part of the celebrations, a group of 12 students presented a skit titled “Viksit Bharat: Sapne Se Safalta Tak” at Lok Bhawan, envisioning a progressive and socially empowered India by 2047. The skit highlighted the aspirations of young India and emphasized the youth’s role as the nation’s torchbearers. Additionally, APS Narangi launched an e-waste collection and recycling drive to promote environmental responsibility among students and the community.
