Arsenal secured a thrilling 3-2 victory over Chelsea in the Carabao Cup semi-finals, with goals from Ben White, Viktor Gyokeres, and Martin Zubimendi. White opened the scoring early with a header from a corner, followed by Gyokeres extending the lead in the second half. Despite a late goal from Alejandro Garnacho for Chelsea, Zubimendi’s strike ensured Arsenal’s one-goal advantage going into the second leg.

Garnacho’s late goal for Chelsea set up a tense finish, but Arsenal maintained composure to hold onto their lead. White and Gyokeres had given Arsenal a strong advantage before Zubimendi’s goal sealed the victory. The match showcased Arsenal’s resilience and ability to capitalize on key moments.

Both teams displayed competitive spirit throughout the game, with Chelsea fighting back through Garnacho’s goals. Despite Chelsea’s efforts, Arsenal’s solid performance and unbeaten streak of 10 matches proved crucial in securing the win. The second leg at Stamford Bridge on February 3 promises to be another intense encounter.
