Veteran actress Aruna Irani has reappeared on social media following an eight-year absence. She excited her followers by sharing a behind-the-scenes peek from her upcoming project, ‘Don’t Mess With My Grandma’. In a video posted on her social media account, Aruna provided a glimpse of the project’s production process, showing the cast and crew in action, with her dressed in a black embellished saree for her role.
After an Instagram hiatus since 2019, Aruna made a comeback by sharing the video, stating, “Missed me? After an 8-year break from Instagram, I’m officially back now!” She also tagged actor-director Karanvir Bohra, who directed the project. Aruna’s last post before her break was in October 2019, where she wished Amitabh Bachchan on his birthday with a monochrome throwback picture of them together.
Aruna Irani, who began her acting career as a child artist in the 1961 film ‘Ganga Jamuna’, has appeared in over 500 films in Hindi, Gujarati, and various regional languages.
