Assam BJP President Dilip Saikia announced that the party has initiated plans for upcoming organizational and electoral tasks after securing a significant victory in the recent elections. Saikia emphasized the BJP’s commitment to enhancing its structure and gearing up for future polls immediately after each electoral cycle. He disclosed that a crucial meeting was held with Mandal and district committee presidents, along with senior party officials, to strategize for future activities.
Saikia highlighted the party’s proactive approach, stating that discussions were focused on responsibilities post the substantial public support received. He urged party members to continue serving the public diligently despite the electoral triumph. The meeting also addressed preparations for various upcoming elections in literary and community bodies across Assam, aiming for success in these contests.
Union Minister Sarbananda Sonowal has already addressed the gathering, with Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma expected to provide guidance on future organizational plans and political strategies. The BJP’s organizational efforts in Assam have intensified in anticipation of several local and community-level elections in the near future.
