Actor Babil Khan recently reminisced about the lighter moments he shared with his late father, Irrfan Khan. He revealed a sweet memory of how he used to playfully jump on his father, activating “sofa mode” before falling asleep on his back. Babil took to Instagram to share nostalgic images capturing these precious moments.
In one photo, a young Babil is seen lying on his father’s back, both looking relaxed on a striped floor mat surrounded by simple pillows. Another picture shows Irrfan and Babil standing face-to-face outdoors at night, with a softly blurred background creating a dramatic effect. Babil’s caption read, “Pictures of you. Pictures of me.”
Last year, Babil had shared a video expressing his feelings of alienation in the film industry, though the video was later deleted. He returned to Instagram in October, sharing pictures of himself in a brick red sweater as winter approached. Babil was last seen in the cyber thriller drama “Logout,” directed by Amit Golani, which delves into the dark side of digital fame.
Irrfan Khan, a celebrated actor, battled neuroendocrine cancer and received treatment for a colon infection in 2020 before passing away at the age of 53. Tragically, his mother, Saeeda Begum, also passed away just four days before him in Jaipur.
