Belongings being moved from former Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi’s official residence at 10 Circular Road have stirred a fresh political dispute in the state. Janata Dal (United) chief spokesperson Neeraj Kumar expressed concerns over the evacuation process, suggesting the existence of a potential secret basement with important documents or valuables.
Kumar emphasized the need for thorough monitoring by the government during the vacating of the residence. He questioned the motives behind the delay in vacating the house, hinting at possible hidden confidential documents. The spokesperson stressed the importance of preparing a detailed inventory of government property, including furniture and other items, to ensure transparency.
Amid the ongoing controversy, Kumar raised suspicions about the shifting of government property under the guise of vacating the bungalow. He highlighted the significance of public assets, cautioning against any unauthorized removal of items from the residence. The situation has reignited tensions between political factions in Bihar, following the issuance of a notice to Rabri Devi to vacate the premises.
