Praveen Dubey’s quick 39 runs off 15 balls and captain Shubhang Hedge’s unbeaten 11 runs off 12 balls formed a crucial partnership, securing the win for the Blasters. Despite a strong start by the Yodhas, the Blasters’ steady performance led them to their fourth victory in the tournament.
Luvnith Sisodia’s half-century and contributions from K V Aneesh and captain Smaran Ravichandran helped the Yodhas reach a total of 173 for six. However, the Yodhas fell short by at least 20 runs, ultimately resulting in their defeat. The Blasters’ bowler Rohan Raju stood out, claiming three wickets for 21 runs.
For the Yodhas, despite the efforts of key players like Sisodia and Ravichandran, the Blasters’ strong batting display secured their position at the top of the tournament standings.
