Following India’s triumph over New Zealand, Kishan’s pivotal partnership in the final match secured the championship. As one of the top run-scorers in the tournament, he accumulated 317 runs in nine innings with an impressive average of 35.22 and a striking strike rate exceeding 193.
Representing Sunrisers Hyderabad in the IPL 2026, Kishan also captained the team in the absence of Pat Cummins, leading them to victory in four out of seven matches.
