At a BJP conference in Patna for the Extremely Backward Class (EBC) community, Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary staunchly supported the NDA government’s policies while criticizing the opposition. He assured the EBC community of his protection and emphasized the government’s dedication to their welfare and empowerment. Choudhary also highlighted the government’s commitment to maintaining law and order, promising continued action against criminals.
During his speech, Choudhary addressed the recent NEET examination controversy, assuring that the government swiftly responded to irregularities. He emphasized the importance of accountability, stating that those involved in malpractice would face legal consequences. The Chief Minister also stressed the need for administrative efficiency, warning of disciplinary actions for officials failing to complete public work promptly.
In a move targeting the opposition, particularly the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), Choudhary asserted the BJP’s stronger representation of EBC legislators. Bihar Minister Pramod Chandravanshi lauded Prime Minister Modi’s welfare initiatives, including the construction of household toilets and the Ayushman health insurance scheme. Chandravanshi praised the government’s decision to confer the Bharat Ratna on Karpoori Thakur, highlighting the recognition of his contributions to marginalized communities.
