Firmly believing in the support of BJP’s “double-engine” governments for a prosperous Punjab, State BJP President Kewal Singh Dhillon emphasizes the party’s focus on farmers’ welfare, industry revival, and combating drug issues. The party’s ‘Punjab Mission’ aims to uplift industries, strengthen farming, and tackle drug trafficking. Dhillon asserts that the BJP will contest all 117 Assembly seats independently, drawing inspiration from the inclusive governance model of Maharaja Ranjit Singh.

Kewal Singh Dhillon, a former Congressman who joined the BJP, stresses the party’s commitment to solo contests in Punjab and ensuring MSP for every crop, similar to Haryana’s model. Criticizing the current Punjab government led by Bhagwant Mann, Dhillon questions unmet promises on sand mining revenue and excise system reforms. He highlights the significant financial assistance and infrastructure development under PM Modi’s leadership, emphasizing Punjab’s share in Central taxes and key achievements in various sectors.

Dhillon underscores the BJP’s support for farmers, promising MSP protection for all crops grown in Punjab. He points out the BJP’s track record in Haryana and pledges a similar approach for Punjab. The State BJP President also highlights the state’s benefits from various central schemes and projects, reflecting the party’s commitment to inclusive growth and development.
