Bharatiya Janata Party’s Rajasthan State in-charge, Radhamohan Das Agarwal, has come out in strong defense of former Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje amidst a controversy surrounding a purported forged letter associated with her. Agarwal emphasized the party’s unwavering support for Raje, stating that the matter is being taken seriously, and appropriate actions are being directed by the administration.
Agarwal accused the Congress party of engaging in such conspiracies in the past and highlighted Raje’s clear stance on the issue. He assured that strict actions will be taken against anyone found involved, regardless of their political affiliation. Additionally, Agarwal underscored the BJP’s commitment to women’s leadership, citing examples of women leaders supported by the party in various states.
The controversy revolves around a viral letter allegedly linked to a Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh leader. In response, police in Bhopal have detained three individuals associated with the Congress information technology cell. Agarwal, addressing media queries, praised Raje as a symbol of women’s empowerment and reiterated the BJP’s consistent promotion of capable women leaders.
