The Bharatiya Janata Party’s Uttar Pradesh unit is set to conduct booth-level conferences in all 403 Assembly constituencies in the state to enhance its grassroots network before the 2027 Assembly elections. These conferences, to be held simultaneously at 1,77,516 polling booths, mark one of the BJP’s largest organizational drives in the state. Senior BJP leaders, including state president Pankaj Chaudhary and Deputy Chief Ministers Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brajesh Pathak, will participate in these events across various districts.
State BJP chief Chaudhary will be present at a booth conference in Laharpur, Sitapur district, while Deputy Chief Minister Maurya will join the event in Bareilly. Deputy Chief Minister Pathak is slated to address party workers in Shahjahanpur, and Energy Minister Arvind Kumar Sharma will attend a booth conference in Lucknow. The BJP aims to establish a new organizational standard in Uttar Pradesh by hosting conferences at every polling booth in all Assembly constituencies.
These conferences aim to bring together booth presidents, party workers, and local office-bearers to assess organizational readiness, enhance coordination, and intensify grassroots engagement. Party leaders will engage with workers, strategize to expand the BJP’s presence at the booth level, and evaluate cadre strength and organizational gaps. The BJP’s focus on booth-centric electoral strategy underscores the significance of these conferences in preparing for the 2027 Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections.
