Four individuals, including three children, tragically drowned in the Krishna River in Andhra Pradesh’s Palnadu district when the boat they were on capsized during a family function trip. Despite rescue efforts by villagers, four family members could not be saved. The victims were identified as Gandham Sandhya (9), Gandham Saini (10), Batthula Karthik (12), and Konatha Chaitanya (28).

In a separate incident in Telangana’s Siddipet district, three people lost their lives in a road accident. A speeding car swerved off the road to avoid hitting an elderly woman, crashing into a nearby house and resulting in the immediate deaths of three individuals. The driver and passengers fled the scene, leaving the authorities to investigate the incident and locate the car owner.

Moreover, a bus carrying 40 passengers from Andhra Pradesh met with an accident near Bengaluru in Karnataka, injuring 20 individuals. The Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) bus collided with a stationary truck during its journey from Pamuru in the Markapuram district to Bengaluru. Ten of the injured passengers were hospitalized for treatment.
