The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has confirmed that the verification and re-evaluation application window ran smoothly from June 2 to June 7. Over 1.6 lakh candidates submitted requests for more than 3.8 lakh answer books during this period, indicating high student engagement with post-result services.
The CBSE ensured that the system was continuously monitored by cybersecurity teams to protect it from cyber threats and malicious traffic. Additionally, dedicated CBSE teams offered proactive assistance to students through helpdesk and grievance redressal channels.
Addressing concerns raised by some students and parents, the CBSE clarified that the message ‘Roll Number Not Found’ appeared for candidates who did not apply during the initial phase of the Post-Result Services process. Only those who applied for scanned answer books in the preceding stage were eligible for verification and re-evaluation.
Emphasizing its commitment to transparency, the Board stated its focus on providing a student-centric and seamless post-result process. It assured that all genuine student concerns would be addressed through grievance redressal mechanisms, helpline support, and other communication channels.
