Chambal Ghariyals continued their unbeaten run in the Madhya Pradesh League (MPL) T20 Scindia Cup 2026 with a convincing victory over Jabalpur Royal Lions by five wickets at the Holkar Stadium in Indore. The win secured the Ghariyals a spot in the tournament’s semi-finals.
Jabalpur Royal Lions set a challenging target of 204/5 in their 20 overs, led by an outstanding unbeaten century from opener Ajay Rohera, who scored 132* off just 63 balls. Rohera’s remarkable innings, which included 10 sixes and seven fours, was crucial in Lions’ strong total.
In response, Chambal Ghariyals successfully chased down the target of 205, largely thanks to an exceptional unbeaten century by Ankush Singh, who scored 107* off 57 deliveries. Ankush’s innings, supported by contributions from his teammates, guided the Ghariyals to another victory in the tournament.
