Addressing an all-party meeting in Rajasthan, Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma discussed the state’s LPG supply. He confirmed that Rajasthan currently has sufficient stock of essential goods and LPG, with continuous monitoring in place.
District Collectors have been instructed by the Chief Minister to oversee supply and distribution closely to prevent any disruptions. Sharma urged the public not to panic, emphasizing that there is no shortage, but vigilance is necessary.
Stressing collective responsibility, CM Sharma announced plans to intensify awareness campaigns and take strict action against hoarding and black marketing. He also called for public cooperation and thanked all political parties for their support.
Leader of the Opposition Tikaram Jully expressed solidarity with the government, highlighting unity among all parties for public welfare. Jully urged the administration to explore alternative resources to avert potential crises.
During the meeting, MLAs Ramkesh Meena, Rajendra Pareek, Shrichand Kriplani, Subhash Garg, Manoj Nyangali, and Ashok Kothari shared suggestions. Joga Ram Patel and Jogeshwar Garg participated via video conferencing, demonstrating a unified political front for stability and public confidence.
Regarding LPG concerns, State’s Food and Civil Supplies Minister Sumit Godara clarified that there is no disruption in LPG availability in Rajasthan. He assured that oil companies have ample reserves and intact supply chains despite global tensions. The minister warned against spreading rumors or engaging in black marketing of LPG cylinders, emphasizing ongoing monitoring at distribution points.
