Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath recounted a past incident where a mafia figure had encroached upon police land in Lucknow, which was later reclaimed for a State Forensic Institute. The Digital Democracy Dialogue ‘Triveni’ in Lucknow served as a platform for discussions on the state’s progress in governance and culture.
Yogi Adityanath engaged with content creators at the event, discussing various topics like media, law enforcement, forensic infrastructure, and tourism. He emphasized the significance of the State Forensic Institute in offering modern technology courses and forensic services to the public.
Under the new criminal laws, forensic evidence is now mandatory in cases with severe penalties in Uttar Pradesh. The Chief Minister highlighted the state’s involvement in manufacturing BrahMos missiles and the growth of the Defence Manufacturing Corridor in cities like Lucknow, Kanpur, and Agra.
Efforts to enhance infrastructure, medical education, and economic development have propelled Uttar Pradesh’s transformation over the past nine years. Yogi Adityanath praised the state’s progress and its emergence as a key player in India’s economy, with a focus on regional products and medical colleges.
