Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) Gen Anil Chauhan revealed the coffee table book titled The Lawrence School Sanawar – Military Heritage (1847–2025) at the Manekshaw Centre. The book, consisting of 450 printed pages and 194 digital pages, showcases military heritage and leadership legacy. It is considered valuable not only for alumni of the school but also for institutions grooming future leaders.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was recently signed between Headquarters Integrated Defence Staff (HQ IDS) and the Space Applications Centre (SAC), ISRO. The agreement focuses on maintaining existing satellite-based telecommunications nodes and providing additional nodes for all three Services of the Armed Forces. INS Trikand, an Indian Navy frontline stealth frigate, departed from Port Victoria in Seychelles after a successful port call. Captain Sachin Kulkarni, the ship’s Commanding Officer, met with senior government officials of Seychelles and the High Commissioner of India during the visit. The ship also provided critical spares and essential stores to the Government of Seychelles as part of their cooperation.
