New Delhi, July 31 (IANS) Residents of Delhi-NCR can expect a blend of cloudy skies, light rainfall and humid weather on Friday, with daytime temperatures likely to remain in the mid-30s degrees Celsius across most parts of the region.

According to weather forecasts, Delhi and Gurugram are expected to witness generally cloudy conditions accompanied by light rain. Noida and Ghaziabad may experience partly cloudy skies, while Faridabad is likely to remain overcast with intermittent spells of rain and the possibility of thundershowers.

Moderate winds are expected to prevail across the National Capital Region throughout the day. The extended forecast suggests that temperatures will remain largely stable over the weekend before witnessing a slight decline in some areas early next week.

In the national capital, the minimum temperature is likely to settle around 30 degrees Celsius, while the maximum is expected to touch 36 degrees Celsius. Weather conditions are forecast to remain cloudy, with chances of light rainfall in isolated places. Winds are expected to blow at moderate speeds, providing some relief from the humid conditions.

The seven-day outlook indicates that Delhi’s maximum temperature may remain around 36 degrees Celsius from Friday through Monday.

In Noida, the minimum temperature is expected to be around 29 degrees Celsius, with the maximum reaching 35 degrees Celsius. The city is likely to experience partly cloudy conditions for most of the day.

Ghaziabad is forecast to record a minimum temperature of 28 degrees Celsius and a maximum of 34 degrees Celsius. Partly cloudy skies are expected, with warm and humid conditions prevailing.

Gurugram is likely to witness a minimum temperature of 30 degrees Celsius and a maximum of 36 degrees Celsius. The city is expected to remain largely cloudy, with light rain possible in some areas.

Faridabad is forecast to record temperatures ranging between 29 degrees Celsius and 35 degrees Celsius. The city may witness cloudy skies along with occasional rain or thundershowers, making for a relatively pleasant day compared to the recent spell of intense heat.
