The controversy involving educator Faisal Khan, also known as Khan Sir, has escalated following an FIR filed against him regarding a shooting incident at a coaching institute in Patna’s Kadamkuan area. Serious allegations have been made by his relatives and neighbors against him, adding to the ongoing investigation.
In response to the FIR, Faisal Khan’s uncle, Nisar Ahmad Khan, mentioned that despite lacking significant academic qualifications and possessing questionable degrees, Khan Sir excels in oratory skills, which he uses for his livelihood. His uncle highlighted a change in Khan Sir’s nature over time, attributing it to a pursuit of greater financial gains.
Allegations from a neighbor have also surfaced, accusing Khan Sir of using his influence and resources to intimidate local residents. The neighbor claimed that their property was forcibly damaged, allegedly at Khan Sir’s behest, revealing a contentious situation in the locality.
Authorities in Patna have taken action by registering a case against Faisal Khan, alias Khan Sir, along with two security guards and other unidentified individuals, in connection with the incident at the coaching institute on June 2. The case, filed under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the Arms Act, gained traction after a video emerged showing security guards firing during the incident.
The investigation remains active, with the arrest of the two security personnel involved. Police are also scrutinizing firearms licenses issued outside Bihar, indicating a thorough examination of all aspects, including the involvement of other unnamed individuals mentioned in the FIR.
