The Counter Intelligence Kashmir (CIK) carried out a proclamation order issued by the court against four prominent terrorists, including the chief commander of Hizbul Mujahideen, a banned terror group. The proclamation order was executed by CIK as directed by the Additional Sessions Judge TADA/POTA in Srinagar.
The four terrorists identified in the order are Mohammad Yousuf Shah alias Syed Salahuddin, Ghulam Nabi Khan alias Amir Khan, Sher Mohammad alias Bahadur alias Riaz, and Nasir Yousuf Qadri. These individuals were found evading arrest and legal proceedings during the investigation.
Following court directives, the CIK team ensured the proclamation order was implemented by posting it at various locations associated with the accused. The order required the accused to appear before the court on July 14; failure to do so would result in further legal actions.
The proclamation execution involved strict adherence to legal procedures, including the publication of the order at conspicuous places and the recording of the process. The four terrorists are believed to be hiding in Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK), while security forces in Jammu and Kashmir continue aggressive operations against terrorists and their support networks.
