Delhi BJP President Harsh Malhotra criticized AAP National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal for labeling Prime Minister Narendra Modi as a “terrorist” and urged him to apologize publicly. Malhotra emphasized that such remarks not only lack parliamentary decorum but also disrespect the 1.4 billion Indians.
He highlighted the Indian government’s firm stance against terrorism under PM Modi’s leadership, citing actions like surgical strikes and air strikes against terror infrastructure. Malhotra asserted that India is now globally recognized as a strong anti-terrorism advocate.
Malhotra questioned Kejriwal’s credibility to make such accusations, pointing out public allegations linking Kejriwal to terrorist groups and separatist elements. He attributed Kejriwal’s comments to political frustration and moral decline following his loss of power in Delhi.
The BJP leader demanded a public apology from Kejriwal to both the nation and PM Modi. He warned of strong opposition from Delhi’s people and BJP supporters if the apology is not issued promptly. Malhotra reiterated the country’s unwavering support for PM Modi in the fight against terrorism.
