Delhi BJP President, Harsh Malhotra, led a review meeting on the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in the city, as initiated by the Election Commission of India. The meeting assessed the progress made in the first two days of the exercise starting from July 1. Among the attendees were BJP National Secretary Om Prakash Dhankhar, Delhi BJP Organisation General Secretary Pawan Rana, and other key members.
The meeting highlighted the active involvement of BJP’s Booth Level Agents (BLA-2) in voter verification and mapping across Delhi’s 13,033 polling booths. These agents are fully prepared to support the Booth Level Officers (BLOs) appointed by the Election Commission during the SIR process. Delhi BJP General Secretary Yogender Chandolia emphasized the party’s readiness to cooperate.
Additionally, a joint meeting of the Delhi BJP’s media department team and the newly formed district BJP media teams took place at the state office. Chaired by Delhi BJP media chief Praveen Shankar Kapoor, the meeting included discussions led by Chief Spokesperson and MLA Abhay Verma.
