Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva criticized Atishi, the Leader of the Opposition from AAP, for not attending the Delhi Assembly during the Winter Session. Sachdeva accused Atishi of wasting time and neglecting her constitutional duty by going to Goa for a party campaign.

Sachdeva alleged that Atishi disrespected Sikh Gurus in the Assembly while seeking a discussion on pollution. He claimed that when the pollution debate was about to begin, Atishi left for Goa without informing the Assembly Speaker, causing disruptions.

Atishi, who represents Delhi’s Kalkaji constituency, had been campaigning in Goa for the AAP for nearly five months, according to Sachdeva. Despite drawing a salary from Delhi taxpayers, she was not available to her constituents during this time.
