Delhi BJP President Harsh Malhotra emphasized the transformation in India under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Speaking at a Viksit Bharat conference, he praised the government’s focus on trust, development, and public welfare. Malhotra noted the significant shift in governance from pre-2014 to the present.
The conference, held in the Model Town Assembly constituency, featured addresses by Malhotra and Chandni Chowk BJP MP Praveen Khandelwal. Various party members, including local MLA Ashok Goyal and district officials, were also present to commemorate PM Modi’s 12 successful years in office.
Malhotra highlighted the government’s anti-corruption efforts and key initiatives like Aadhaar-linked bank accounts and the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. He pointed out the direct transfer of benefits to citizens’ bank accounts, eliminating intermediaries. The Delhi BJP President also praised the implementation of the Ayushman Bharat scheme in Delhi under the BJP government.
Acknowledging past challenges, Malhotra contrasted the previous Delhi government’s approach with the current administration’s focus on citizen welfare. He assured the public of ongoing fulfillment of promises and emphasized the BJP’s commitment to governance for the people. Khandelwal echoed these sentiments, urging the effective dissemination of government schemes’ benefits across Delhi households.
