Delhi BJP President, Harsh Malhotra, commended Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his empathetic approach and communication skills in resolving student protests related to exam irregularities. Malhotra highlighted the unprecedented manner in which the Prime Minister engaged with youth for solutions, strengthening his rapport with the younger generation. He emphasized the youth’s unwavering support for Modi, citing his alignment with their aspirations.
Malhotra criticized opposition leaders, particularly Arvind Kejriwal and Rahul Gandhi of AAP, for making inflammatory speeches that aimed to incite violence during the protests. He pointed out the detection of over 2,500 criminal individuals through facial recognition technology at Jantar Mantar, indicating the infiltration of criminal elements into the demonstrations. Malhotra noted a power struggle between Kejriwal and Gandhi throughout the movement.
The BJP President condemned Kejriwal for spreading misinformation by sharing a false video suggesting police action against protesters, revealing a lack of genuine concern for student welfare. He accused the opposition leaders of instigating unrest and tarnishing the government’s image rather than addressing the students’ grievances.
